The music industry was not one that where I felt feminine which is why accepting the new feminine standards can be a huge challenge. It's been a struggle for me to think, "Okay, I can be feminine, soft, and robust and look after myself and not lessen myself." I've really enjoyed it somewhat. I've enjoyed dressing in heels and dresses each day, and having gorgeous curls, and the softest fabrics. There was pressure as I am a newer actor than the rest of the actors in Fantastic Beasts. It was strange, but I felt like a force was pushing me to the top of the hill. I was either going be crushed or collapse from the intensity with which I wanted the role as well as how big it was. It is possible to spend days just walking around, visiting museums, coffee shops and even parks. In LA however London's Tube places you at right in the middle of it all. Each human being you could imagine can be observed. I love watching other people. When you work in the industry of music you're constantly in the company of men. You feel as if you must be within intimate relationships with men all of the time. The book was a dream that came true for me. I read some of the titles on tour It's fantastic to have that sort of world that you can escape into in the midst of a tour, you're constantly going from one city to the next which can be extremely disorienting. And then the ability to experience an incredibly vivid and vibrant world when you sleep in your bunk is truly a dream. Alison Alison Alison
