Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My stunning husband JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our extended family. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where most people follow me. I write about my everyday life and share my good and bad days. My parents welcomed me into America in the year 1990 when I was only one and a half years old. old. I would not be sharing my story now if my parents didn't work hard and make sacrifices. Since I was confident that I would enjoy a brighter and more promising future as a young adult, I was determined to achieve my goals and make my parents proud. There was a specific plan for me in my life that was to go to university, get a job, marry, purchase the house, and then have children. Although I was convinced that this was the standard for achievement, the reality of life had its own strategies. Money and the prestige that I was working in was not what I wanted to be. I felt as if I had wasted my time for a paycheck. It was in 2013 that I discovered that my true passion was exercising. Additionally, I enjoyed having fun and being social, as well as giving an extra helping hand to people. This took me down a new path and into the world of personal training. My business started in the year 2014 and I'm celebrating 7 years of success next year, 2021. There are a few Asian women who work in the business. As coach, my mission is to inspire others to help them live a a healthy and happy life through sustainable living that meet the needs of each person's wants and needs. It is my goal to help people to pursue their goals and achieve all they wish to accomplish in their lives. My mother's tragic death in the midst of my career was taking off I was suffering the most devastating loss of my entire life. She won her 8-year struggle with scleroderma, and now rests in Heaven and is with me in my thoughts and heart always. Although you may not be able to see it at first, life has a funny way of providing us with what we truly need. The death of my mother affected me greatly and I'm convinced she provided me another chance to live my life. She passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was the perfect time to begin her new life, and also for me to get my second chance at living happily, content and fulfilled life. In my 30s I'm feeling a sense of living and feeling alive. I'm not feeling like you're just an ordinary person anymore. My experiences are open to the public so that I can share with those who read my blog with words and experiences. It will allow you to realize that you're not on your own. It is possible to achieve whatever you want to do if put your heart into the task. Therapy is both common and vital. Health is the greatest source of wealth. I pray that you live your life fully and that you will die with no regrets since that's the only thing we can count on in our existence.
