Anne Phung Nguyen

My name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in gorgeous Orange County California with my amazing wife JP and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry. The majority of people have come across me through my Instagram platform @annephung where I share my life- the good, the bad and everything between. My journey to America with my brothers and parents at the age of just one and a half years old. old I would not be now sharing my story to you, if not since my parents were devoted to hard work and sacrifice. In order to give them the opportunity of a prosperous future, I focused on achieving my goals and worked hard to get there. My plan of life was: I would attend university, find a job with a large corporation as well as marry and then buy an apartment. The dream life I had envisioned to live was not as was what it ended up being. Money and the prestige that I was working in did not make me happy. I was convinced that I had wasted my time for the opportunity to earn a salary. While I was looking for a new direction in my career I realized that I loved doing fitness. I also liked socializing and being able to assist others. My company was founded in the year 2014 and I'm celebrating 7 years of success next year, 2021. There are a few Asian women who work in the business. As coach, my mission is to inspire people and help them lead a a healthy and happy life by creating sustainable lifestyles which meet each person's preferences and requirements. In addition, I wish for others to be empowered to follow their dreams and achieve anything they would like to achieve in life. The death of my mother that occurred while my career was taking off, caused me to suffer the biggest loss in my life. Her eight-year battle with Scleroderma was over, and she now rests in Heaven. Her memory will always remain in my heart and thoughts. Lessons from life are often hidden from us, but they can be beneficial. In so many ways, my mother's passing changed me. I honestly believe that she gave me another opportunity to experience her loss. When she passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin her new journey and allow me to have my second chance at living a happy, fulfilled and fulfilling life. As I approach my 30s, I have a sense of being alive and alive. It's not like I just exist anymore. This is my story to share for you to ensure that you'll find something to resonate with my stories and thoughts in order to let you know that you're not in the dark as well as to let you know that you're able of anything you set your in your mind. I believe that love truly exists that therapy is normal and required that wellness is the best source of wealth. I wish you to live the life you want to live and to die with no regrets as dying is the only thing we can count on in our life.
